At MindPT.com we know the challenges you’re facing in terms of time, balance, growth, and the myriad other challenges presented to you on a regular basis. We know these challenges because we have experienced them ourselves.
It is one of the reasons MindPT was created – to help you achieve the life you desire in a fast, efficient, and meaningful way. Because we also know that you have your own unique goals, dreams and definitions of success.
Use the following real world examples to inspire ideas for you to create a plan that works for you.
#1 - Comprehensive Daily Practice
One of the best ways to make something a habit is to perform it every single day. We strongly encourage you to watch Enriching Visions on a daily basis. We recommend watching it for an hour a day for 100 days. If you don’t have an hour a day consider modifying your existing schedule to accommodate this viewing time.
For example, you can substitute an hour of watching television with Enriching Visions. You can watch it on your lunch break or get up an hour earlier every day.
You can also watch it for less than the recommended 60 minutes five days a week and watch 60 minute program on the weekend.
With a comprehensive daily practice you’ll watch Enriching Visions daily. You’ll also watch an exercise, a coaching video and a guest contributor video daily. With this strategy it may be beneficial to separate your viewing.
For example, watch Enriching Visions in the morning. Watch a coaching video after the Enriching Visions. Then watch an exercise and a guest contributor video in the evening before you go to bed. Make sure you have time to relax and focus on the videos so you can receive the full meaning, message and benefit.
This comprehensive daily practice is rigorous and requires approximately two hours a day. It may not be for everyone. However, consider this approach if you’re looking for quantum leaps in your life. Remember, you can always modify your practice as your needs change.
#2 - Blended Daily and Weekly Practice
With this type of practice you’ll watch Enriching Visions every single day for the full 60 minute length. On Saturday and Sunday you’ll watch a guest contributing video, a coaching video and an exercise. With this practice you essentially set aside an hour a day during the week and an hour and a half on the weekend.
Consider setting aside the same time every day to view the Enriching Visions program and to view the coaching and exercise videos. The reason for this is because it allows you to adapt your daily routine to accommodate your new goals and habits.
Practicing at the same time also helps you get in the right mindset to receive. If you don’t practice at the same time every day there is the risk that it will become part of your task list instead of a beneficial and joyous part of your day.
#3 - Monthly Practice
With a monthly practice you again will watch Enriching Visions on a daily basis. You might watch it for the full hour every day or create a modified schedule that fits your needs. Then, once a month, you can set time aside to watch the exercises, coaching videos and guest coaching videos.
If this is the route you choose, consider setting aside a few hours once a month to fully experience the videos. Often allowing time for journaling, meditating and contemplating the message will help you experience it fully.
These three ideas are just that, ideas. They can help you create a practice that works best for your needs, goals, and purpose.
Consider taking a break from reading this guide right now to look at your schedule and to create a MindPT plan that works for you.
Remember that this is an exciting time and it’s easy to get overwhelmed with the content available. If you start to feel like it’s too much, modify your plan to fit your needs. Slow it down and allow time to reflect and put the new concepts into action.
