#1 - Comprehensive Daily Practice

One of the best ways to make something a habit is to perform it every single day. We strongly encourage you to watch Enriching Visions on a daily basis. We recommend watching it for an hour a day for 100 days. If you don’t have an hour a day consider modifying your existing schedule to accommodate this viewing time.

For example, you can substitute an hour of watching television with Enriching Visions. You can watch it on your lunch break or get up an hour earlier every day.

You can also watch it for less than the recommended 60 minutes five days a week and watch 60 minute program on the weekend.

With this practice you essentially set aside an hour a day during the week and an hour and a half on the weekend.
